Customised Metal Fabrication
Here is a great example of a customer not only utilising our extensive range of power distribution units but also our customised metal fabrication service. For over 60 years our products have been hand produced at our head office and manufacturing facility in Stanmore, London.
Throughout this period our production team have developed an ever-broadening range of skills to ensure we have complete control over all aspects of our manufacturing process. So much so that we can support other businesses by offering these skills as a service to others.
As a company on top of our 1,800+ standard products we also offer services such as metal fabrication, sub-contract & OEM manufacture, custom PDU design, powder coating and cable assembly.
Here is an example of the type of work we have been developing with customers to ease their installation and reduce their time on-site. This project involved customised metal fabrication and a custom designed enclosure. The metal work was designed to accommodate 7x customer specified RCDs and space restrictions on-site. This resulted in more customisation within the design of a pair of completely bespoke end brackets.
The final design was punched, bent, powder coated and assembled all on-site by our experienced production team and despatch direct to the customer.
